Delivery Project Manager
You will manage the project lifecycle from pre-sales and solution design to implementation, ensuring technical excellence, customer alignment, and smooth handover to support teams.
Key responsibilities:
Presales Cycle
- Ensure sufficient information is gathered to move the deal forward
- Own the Professional Services component of all draft and finalized proposals
- Organize and participate in Go/No-Go decisions
- Participate in complex pre-sales activities including audits, recommendations, prototypes, and demos, managing customer appointments
- Contribute to bids by writing and validating the technical sections of proposals
- Support the sales team in deal closure through the setup of prototypes and complex demos
- Conduct Business Process Analysis (BPA), Requirements and Process Analysis, and Gap Analysis
- Ensure BPA or RPA is conducted according to methodology, including analysis of the current process (key weaknesses and costs), proposed solution and KPIs, gaps compared to standard packages, proposed ROI, and schedule
- Present analysis and proposed solution to the customer as the main point of contact
- Organize a Go/No-Go decision based on findings, if necessary
- Deliver the final technical proposal, if needed
Implementation
- Act as the main point of contact for the customer during the implementation phase
- Manage the project team (Rules Developers, Professional Services) responsible for all tasks
- Negotiate any Change Orders or out-of-scope requirements
Production
- Remain the main point of contact for a three-month period after go-live
- Be responsible for obtaining customer sign-off
- Ensure proper handover to Technical Support
- Identify and initiate additional engagements
Qualifications and requirements :
- Experience in project management, monitoring a budget and a planning
- Demonstrated team leadership abilities (consultants)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of service and team spirit
- Domestic and/or international travel required.
- Fluent in English and in Dutch
